The Enterpex Guest Collective is a free membership, which gives you the opportunity to review and mystery shop theme parks, attractions, museums, zoos, visitor centres, and more.
By simply sharing your unique perspective, you'll be entered into regular competitions and have the opportunity to be selected as a Mystery Guest. If selected, you and your group will go undercover and receive a complimentary visit to a local or destination attraction, for just your time and opinion.
When you join, we'll gather some basic information to best match your demographics and preferences with upcoming opportunities. For example, if a local theme park is looking for solo guests in the surrounding area, we'll offer that opportunity to members who match that criteria.
Even before Mystery Guest opportunities, we'll offer entries to competitions and freebies (no shipping fees either) for simply sharing your opinion with us.
We work with visitor attractions worldwide to improve their customer service, accessibility, inclusivity, and overall offerings. Enterpex wants to be your voice in this process.
Whether that's designing a new attraction to be more representative of your family, to letting a local attraction know they need to clean their bathrooms more often.

Your opinion is more important than ever to attraction operators. We want to make sure your voice is heard, whilst also rewarding you for taking the time to share it with us.
Simply click the 'Join Now' button above to be taken to our Enterpex Guest Collective application form. This form collects your basic information, interests, and demographics to add you to our database.
Once added, we'll send you a welcome email with your membership ID (please keep this safe), as well as an invitation to complete your Entry Survey. This is where we ask you about current attractions, how you personally like to enjoy them, how often you visit, etc. All to better match you with Mystery Guest opportunities, and help inform attraction operators what today's guests really want and need. We will always anonymise your answers whenever we're working with attractions.
Mystery Guest opportunities become available as and when attractions are looking for mystery shoppers from us, and depending on matching criteria (e.g. location). Just note, only members who have completed their Entry Survey will qualify to accept these mystery shops.
All communication is handled via our official email address (contact@enterpex.com) and we do not charge guests for our services. You're welcome to unsubscribe from future enquiries and Mystery Guest opportunities at any time, or be removed from our database entirely by emailing contact@enterpex.com.
