These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Enterpex Guest Collective (“the Programme”), which is operated and administered by Enterpex, a trading name of The Hattan Company Ltd., a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company registration number 12089527, with its registered office at Unit 2 Brookhill Way, Banbury, OX16 3ED, United Kingdom (“Enterpex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in the Programme, you (“you”, “your”, or “the Member”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Membership
The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Membership is provided free of charge and does not include any paid tiers or subscription components. By applying to join the Programme, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Enterpex reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications at its sole discretion without reason or liability.
3. Purpose and Scope of Participation
The Programme is designed to collect and analyse anonymised data and opinions from Members for the purposes of improving guest experience within the attractions, hospitality, and entertainment industries. Members may be invited to participate in Mystery Guest Opportunities, surveys, focus groups, or other research activities. All participation is entirely voluntary and non-obligatory.
4. Data Protection and Use of Information
Enterpex takes your privacy seriously and will process all Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your Personal Data will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties. Data collected via the Programme may be used to generate aggregated, anonymised insights for publication, commercial reporting, or internal research purposes. Sensitive data (e.g. sexual orientation, ethnicity, health conditions) is collected only on an optional basis and will not be used for identification. Any publicly shared statistics or reports will not include identifying information.
5. Mystery Guest Opportunities and Compensation
Members may be offered the opportunity to act as Mystery Guests, reviewing experiences across theme parks, resorts, hospitality venues, or similar environments. The terms of each Opportunity will be specified in advance and may include full or partial reimbursement of expenses, complimentary access, or fixed compensation (e.g. gift cards). All remuneration details will be clearly disclosed in writing at the point of invitation. Members will not be entitled to payment beyond what is expressly offered for a given opportunity. Participation does not constitute an employment or contractor relationship with Enterpex.
6. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality
Certain Opportunities may involve commercially sensitive information or previews of unpublished material. In such cases, Members may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) prior to participation. Regardless of whether an NDA is signed, Members are prohibited from disclosing Confidential Information obtained through the Programme without prior written consent from Enterpex.
7. Intellectual Property and Content Use
All written, visual, or audiovisual content submitted by Members in connection with their participation in the Programme shall remain the property of the Member. However, by submitting such content to Enterpex, the Member grants Enterpex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the content for commercial and editorial purposes. Enterpex may credit the Member where appropriate but reserves the right to publish content anonymously.
8. Communication and Opt-Out
By joining the Programme, you consent to receive email communications relating to Mystery Guest Opportunities, research initiatives, and updates from Enterpex. If you no longer wish to participate, you may withdraw your membership at any time by contacting us at contact@enterpex.com. Withdrawing from the Programme will result in the removal of your data from our active databases and cessation of all further communications.
9. Conduct and Removal
Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all interactions associated with the Programme. Any behaviour deemed dishonest, misleading, abusive, or damaging to the reputation of Enterpex may result in immediate termination of membership, with or without notice. Enterpex reserves the right to revoke membership for any reason at its sole discretion.
10. Liability and Indemnity
Participation in the Programme is entirely voluntary and at the Member’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enterpex and The Hattan Company Ltd. disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred as a result of your participation in the Programme, including participation in any Mystery Guest Opportunity. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enterpex and its affiliates from any claims or legal proceedings arising out of their participation or breach of these Terms.
11. No Guarantee of Opportunities
Membership in the Programme does not entitle any Member to guaranteed participation in Mystery Guest Opportunities or research projects. Selection is at the sole discretion of Enterpex and may be based on demographic data, past participation, or client-specific criteria.
12. Amendments and Governing Law
Enterpex reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes and continued participation shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
