The Enterpex Guest Collective is a fast growing, independent data source built from the voices of real theme park and attraction guests. It grants access to something the industry has long been missing: a broad, external view of how modern guests think, feel, and behave, beyond the limits of in-house surveys and brand-led feedback.
By bringing together opinions, habits, and expectations from thousands of everyday visitors, our Guest Collective helps attractions understand what truly drives visitation, spending, satisfaction, and loyalty. From why families with young children choose one experience over another, to what stops guests with disabilities from visiting at all. The insights go deeper than surface-level metrics and uncover the motivations behind guest behaviour and spending.
For operators, this means better decision-making for every step of the guest journey. Whether you are refining an existing operation, developing a new attraction, or testing the potential impact of a future investment, the Enterpex Guest Collective provides evidence-based insights you can trust. Sense-check assumptions, validate creative direction, and identify risks before they become costly mistakes.
Used alongside our cost-effective Mystery Guest programmes and tailored consultancy, the Enterpex Guest Collective gives our clients a powerful advantage: access to the voice of the modern guest, delivered in a way that is practical, relevant, and easy to apply.

The data is built in three stages. The first is acquisition: guests sign up for free and voluntarily share their demographics to build their initial member profile.
The second gathers individual qualitative data: members are given the opportunity to become Mystery Guests and receive complimentary entries to exciting competitions, simply by completing an opinion-based survey.
Finally, we then anonymise that data for analysis, while still being able to identify how certain demographics respond to a wide variety of behavioural, spending, and opinion-based questions.
All of these questions and more, we have the answers to. For more information about how we use the Guest Collective in our consulting services, and how we can help you get the answers you need, please do get in touch.
